Dr Rupy's Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats/Porridge Mix
Allergen Advice- Contains Peanuts & Nuts (Almonds and Walnuts.) Contains 11 different plants including the anti-inflammatory spices, cinnamon and turmeric. Either make this as a porridge as I do with plant milk (I do 500ml of unsweetened soya giving me 10g extra protein), a dollop of natural yogurt or enjoy it as overnight oats and add 100g of mixed berries with your plant milk and natural yoghurt. Whichever way soaking the ingredients improves the digestibility and gives you a great protein and plant packed start to the day. The way I like it means starting my day off with 44g of plant protein, heart healthy bliss, keeping me full, satisfied and nourished.
